Claudia Welsh helps leaders to become better at leading through effective communication, in particular, speaking. Though the services provided are comprehensive, a focus is made on Emotional Intelligence (Unconscious Bias), the ability to be aware of, understand, use, control, and express one’s emotions, as well as manage interpersonal relationships with good judgement, communication, and empathy. This is accomplished through mentoring, coaching, and personality profiling of leaders, and, or their teams, individually or as a group. Also running bespoke training events from which leaders can learn and grow together. She believes that a leader is never too experienced to learn and develop.

 

Claudia Welsh’s background is in healthcare at the senior management level with over 20 years of experience both in the public and independent health sectors in the UK and abroad. She also has a Master of Science in Public Administration gained at the London South Bank University which she used in her senior management roles. She also successfully pursued training in the Leadership Essentials provided by the Inspirational Development Group (IDG), at the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurst. In addition to being an active Toastmasters International member, Claudia also attended the College of Public Speakers to sharpen her public speaking and leadership skills. She also attended Evolve Life Coaching College and The Coaching Academy for life coaching and DISC Psychometric test training. She is always exploring ways of keeping current and relevant to her clients.

 

"Let's Talk Business," and "Claudia's Currents & Classics" are the two radio shows that Claudia presents at Adventist Radio London and L&D Radio respectively. She believes that every speaker is a leader and is motivated by her clients' success.
